This pitch was for a Residential and Lettings management team. The brief was to create a document that would appeal to the target customer of the client we were pitching to.

The target demographic were young professionals, many working at the nearby Sandyford tech hub with companies like Microsoft and MasterCard having their corporate headquarters there. So I decided to create an aspirational, minimalist document, using colours and imagery that would appeal to this demographic.

Balancing the bulk of information that was required to be included with this concept was difficult, however with clever use of white space and full page imagery, we managed to strike a visual balance.
